I found everything good, recommend it to anyone. Location: the hotel was very close to the bus station, and the bus terminal. Gastropub Trebol Garden Pub was located 15 minutes walk away...

The hotel had a secure parking lot and a beautiful rooftop with nice Jacuzzis. The beds were comfortable, and the AC worked as expected. In addition, one of the butlers provided great customer service and went above his duty to satisfy our needs.
The breakfast was below average in quality and didn't meet our expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern design and comfortable beds at Doral Inn. The AC unit worked like a charm, providing a cool and relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciated the secure parking lot and the beautiful rooftop area with two jacuzzis. Albeiro, the butler, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had secure parking and a beautiful rooftop with two Jacuzzis. the beds were quite comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. the staff member Albeiro provided us with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met.
The breakfast options. the advertised American breakfast consisted only of scrambled eggs with ham, and we were not offered any drinks or extras.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facility was spotless with modern design and had a beautiful rooftop with great views of the city. Additionally, we found that the Jacuzzis were a great way to relax after a long day of activities. The staff were really friendly and provided us with excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The location was great, close to everything we needed. this hotel provided us with a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Ibague and had a great time. The key location was perfect, close to all the shops and activities we wanted to attend. The hotel had a beautiful rooftop and two amazing Jacuzzis that we enjoyed. The beds were really comfortable, and the AC unit worked great, making our stay very enjoyable.
Disliked the breakfast service; it was not worth the cost, and the servings were too little.
